Perfect location with parking. Close to all necessary amenities and the University of Hull (10 min walk). Effective heating, comfortable beds. Host was very receptive to any questions.
A few things needed freshening up or repairing. Interesting to have a full sized bath in the bay of the front bedroom! A wash basin would have been more useful. Were reluctant to use the back double bedroom as it had the boiler in it, which was noisy and we’re weren’t sure about the safety of it. The bathroom door wasn’t lockable.
