So the house itself is so beautiful! we loved the space and the decor. The house was lovely to stay in, comfy and clean!
The issues we faced during our stay for the most part were resolved reltively quickly.
So the first issue we accounted was regarding bbq and hot tub. Please note as it does not specify that these are both charged as extras and you need to give exactly 1 week notice or more. Which was very dissapointing as we paid a substancial amount beleiving this was included within the price. 1 min before time of arrival we were messaged stating there was issues in regards to the bbq and so we were going to be refunded for this. We did however resolve this through chat and was able to receive bbq the next day which was when we needed it for. Only downfall being bbq wasnt very stable and also came to us with mouldy grills and so we had to clean. The second issue we faced was the oven. We had bought stuff prior to arriving for our meals for duration. There was no instructions for the oven and between 7 of us using google were trying to work the oven that was touch screen and couldnt. We were all starving and frustrated, we messaged at 10.30pm and didnt receive help or support until 1.30am by which time we of course had to drive 30 mins in total and spent an additional £50 on mc donalds so that we all could eat. The next day the bbq arrived within good timing but as mentioned was mouldy. We also then got help with the oven but had already wasted £50 the previous evening. During the morning we also discovered the kitchen radiator was leaking (actually rather common) however it effected of course the water pressure dropping causing no hot water. This was fixed promptly however happened on 2 of the days. Another issue we faced was the hot tub. The hot tub initially was great! Hot and clean and no issues, but during our duration of stay (3night) had to have 2 filter changes and some chlorine added as there wasnt chlorine added and filters hadent been changed for a while. The hot tub constanty had error shown on the screen and only stayed hot on 2 occations. When we arrived and after the 1st filter change and then on was not heating.
