A decent option if you’re staying the Al Ula area. The place is brand new. The room is big and has mostly everything you need. Air conditioning works very well. The owner is very nice and flexible with times. The area is very quiet and easy to park. Overall an ok place, but needs some improvements in my opinion.

While the place is brand new, there’s a few things that should be improved. The mattress still has the plastic bag it was sold into, making the bed very uncomfortable and excessively warm. The shower only has enough hot water for one shower, and one day there was no hot water at all. The location, while quiet, is quite far from all the places you want to visit and involves a series of U-turns to get anywhere (which is normal in Al Ula). It’s about 20 minutes into town, and 25/30 minutes to the Winter Park and onwards. Al Ula in general can be expensive, but I thought the value for money could have been better.
