Lovely stay, definitely recommend!

Very good location, just a short walk from the beach and about 10-min drive to the Butrint park. Delicious breakfast and great cocktails. The staff is really amazing!

I’m not a big fan of the shower design with no shower curtain or any kind if separation. It’s not a big deal, just something to get used to :)

Excellent base to explore and a lovely retreat just off the main road to relax by the pool when you return. Great value.

Beautiful setting to sit and enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner on the terrace. Staff were excellent and knowledgeable with lots of recommendations about the local area and suggestions for beaches and restaurants to try.

Our room was a little on the small side and wasn’t cleaned properly during our 4 night stay. We did see some of the other rooms though when doors were opened and they were very nice so just random choice selection I think.

The friendliness and availability of the entire staff, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was also very good. The restaurant and pool area were beautifully decorated and welcoming. And the location was fantastic.

The only thing I liked less was the room area. The rooms and bathrooms need little update, a lot of light came in early in the morning, some thicker curtains would really help.

Best hotel in Ksamil

Avenue Hotel in Ksamil is a gem, beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. The facilities are excellent, with free parking and a lovely breakfast each morning. The staff are outstanding, and the owners are so hands-on and genuinely caring. We travelled with our 9-month-old baby, and they went above and beyond to make our stay easy and stress-free. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Very comfortable stay in a hotel with great personnel!!

Very friendly, helpful staff! They really did something extra to make our stay was comfortable, fun and very relaxing. There was nothing which was too much to ask for. They even helped us with tips and tricks for the remainder of our stay in Tirana! All in all a very warm welcome! The room and the whole hotel were very, very clean which was really nice. Furthermore, the location was perfect. Very close to restaurants, bars and the beach, however, not in the busiest streets of Ksamil which resulted in a quiet stay!

Sometimes it was a little noisy when the neighbours came back from a night out. The curtains in the room were not really obscuring (letting quite some light through). But all the other positives really outweigh the negatives.

Lovely welcome

Great location .lovely friendly staff. Pool is smaller than expected, but it is really nice furniture. Restaurant food was delicious and highly recommended. Rooms clean but basic. Probably need 's a little neatening around the edges, silicone plug sockets, etc But it felt still very much new and maybe still bring completed. Clean towels pretty much daily.. bedding was lovely and feels high-end..

Nice hotel in Ksamil

The property is centrally located in Ksamil, minutes from the beach. The breakfast was nice and traditional. The on-site restaurant and pool are nice.Overall great location and property.

Terrible wifi connection.Took almost 1 hour to check in because the room was not ready and the receptionist was unavailable. We were told we were waiting for the owner. The owner came and ignored us.We had to pay for our room on the spot before we were allowed to have breakfast.

Amazing

I had a pleasant stay at Avenue hotel! The room was spacious and super comfortable . Staff were really friendly and always helpful. The location is also excellent, within 5 minutes you can reach the beach or the city center. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re choosing Ksamil to spend your holidays.

Wonderful

The hotel was new in an existing building, in the center and very near the beach. Our room had a spectacular view, and the service was on top. They take care for any questions and needs we had. The restaurant in the first floor of the hotel was the most romantic place . We had our honeymoon on the best place we could have in Ksamil.

Super nett empfangen worden, leckeres Frühstück im Buffetform . Abends konnte man schön im Barbereich sitzen und die Aussicht genießen.

זוועה והמון אכזבה, תסכול ועצבים.

שום דבר

הגענו למלון, קיבלנו חדר שהיה מאוכלס באנשים אחרים. מצב לא נעים ככה להכנס לאנשים לחדר שהיו שם חפצים שלהם ומזל שלא ראינו אנשים בלי בגדים או דברים אחרים מבישים. אחרי זה קיבלנו חדר אחר שהיה שבור לגמרי. היה נראה כמו אכסניה לפי שעות. מקרר לא תקין, דלת מרפסת שבורה מנורה לא עובדת באמבטיה, שידות צדדיות במיטות שבורות. ממש הזוי. לא יכלו לתת לנו חדר אחר והציעו לנו החזר כספי ולחפש מלון אחר. לציין שהשעה הייתה כבר 7 בערב. אנחנו מטיילים הרבה במלונות בח"ול ובארץ ובחיים לא ראיתי דברים כאלה.

Magnifique nuitée

Très beau hôtel dans le centre de Ksamil. En arrivant, une chambre avec vue sur mer était disponible donc la réceptionniste a changé notre réservation pour nous l’offrir. Accueil au top et petit déjeuner copieux.

Розташування просто ідеальне — поруч усі головні пляжі, ресторани та магазини. Сам готель новий, чистий і дуже зручний. Приємний бонус — домовленість з одним із найгарніших пляжів, де для гостей безкоштовні лежаки та парасольки. Окремо хочемо відзначити чудовий ресторан і дуже ввічливого хлопця на рецепції — він допоміг з паркуванням, заїздом та виїздом, завжди був усміхнений і відзивчивий. Наш номер мав гарний балкон із видом на море — це було справжнє задоволення.

Фен у ванній старий і не дуже потужний, сушити ним волосся складно. Кондиціонер не вдалося ввімкнути. Одна розетка вдарила струмом, тож варто перевірити електрику. Паркуватися самостійно трохи складно, але персонал завжди допомагає. Басейн холодний — шкода, що без підігріву, бо тоді ми б точно ним користувались. Сніданок смачний, але меню щодня однакове, хотілось би трохи різноманіття.

Tesis Ksamil bölgesinde en merkezi konumda olması, beachlere restoranlara eğlence mekanlarına 2-3 dk lık yürüyüş mesafesinde olması harikaydı. Tesis çok temizdi, balkon manzarası harikaydı, tüm ksamil sahilini güzelliğinin görebiliyorsunuz. Personeller çok ilgili ve sıcak kanlıydı. Açık büfe kahvaltıları gerçekten güzeldi. Tesisten memnun kalmadığımız herhangi bir durum olmadı.

Otoparkı olması güzel ancak otoparkı yetersiz kalıyor. Gerçi otel personelleri valelik de yapıyorlar. Sizin için aracınızı otoparta yer olmaması durumunda güvenli bir yere çekiyorlar.

Son agradables, el alojamiento en general está bien

Tuvieron un problema con el sistema que les indicó que salíamos un día antes al que realmente teníamos reservado, el problema lo entendimos, lo que no entendimos es que cogieron todas nuestras cosas de la habitación, las metieron en bolsas y las dejaron en recepción. Nos podrían haber llamado y se habría solucionado, pero optaron por tocar nuestra ropa, pertenencias, maletas.. para tirarnos de la habitación, luego nos dieron una habitación mucho peor y en mal estado, se disculparon pero tampoco se implicaron en intentar que estuviéramos bien, de hecho se incomodaron y eso nos hizo sentir más incómodos a nosotros.
