Beautiful property! It was quiet and peaceful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Sleepy Bear Cabin! The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked right beside the river, it was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. Every evening ended with an incredible firefly show that felt like something out of a storybook. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and decorated with so much charm. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Red River Gorge. This little cabin was one of our favorite stops on our trip!

It was quiet and peaceful. The ac was nice and cool. The host was nice enough to bring more firewood.

We left a day early because we couldn’t even set on the porch and cookout without rats running around on the porch. They even took some of our stuff that was sitting on the bench on the porch. We had to keep running them off. The bed was weird like the base wasn’t as big as the mattress it felt like you were going to fall off. We rented this property because I’m a cancer patient and in the description it says you can fish but there wasn’t enough water to fish and so we didn’t get to fish at all.
