Close to the airport so convenient location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The staff is friendly - its a small family-run business. Good AC and warm shower.

Relax in your little room with air conditioning. The room was hot when we got there because the A/C was just turned on. Also it was over 90 degrees outside. After a while, it got nice and cold. The manager Jeff and host are super nice and friendly. The bed was firm and comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom which had a fridge and mini-kitchen. Do not leave any open food on the counter, especially fruit. (Every where in Belize you need to be careful of open food in your hotel.) The eggs and fruit were good. There is a little bar. Overall super great value. We paid half as much there as we did at the resorts on the beaches. In other words, don’t expect luxury. We visited Belize during off season so super slow at all hotels in June and all summer. We flew in late afternoon and stayed at this hotel. The pick up fee was super inexpensive. We are 50 and wanted to rest before the pricey resort life. We stayed there one night and the next day the owner drove us all the way down to Hopkins Beach. There was a reasonable fee commiserate with the gas prices there (high everywhere in Belize). Jeff offered to stop at several touristy locations as well as convenience store for snacks as needed. Belize is beautiful. The manager Jeff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. When we come back to Belize, we are definitely staying here again.
