Wi-Fi signals not very strong, intermittently no connections

The apartment is very spacious and bright, with large windows offering a nice city view. The air-conditioning and ceiling fan keep the room comfortable, and the bed (which unfortunately has a lumpy mattress or topper) is comfortable enough for a short stay. Basic amenities like towels, a sofa, dining table, and TV are provided. CP value is reasonable, given the cons outweigh the pros (see below). The low price point is the key reason why I didn't award a 7.0 rating.

The location feels quiet but it is certainly NOT 5 minutes walk to CIQ (as advertised), even though I took the shortcut through the huge carpark in front of the TriTower Condominium. It was more like a 10-15minute walk. Some parts of the apartment feel worn and could use better maintenance. One of the chairs around the dining table is wobbly and could pose a fall hazard if not fixed soon. The bathroom fittings look dated, and the sealant around the shower ledge is discoloured. The shower curtain is moldy at the bottom and should be replaced asap. As concurred with some guests who earlier opined - the polyester towels just feel tacky and smells funky after one or two uses, even though I understand these synthetic fabric dry incredibly fast in the washer and dryer. Wardrobe shelves and hangers are mismatched. Some of the clothes hangers are broken or not usable. The kitchen area is simple and functional, though not really set up for proper cooking, more like getting take-out and warming up the food in the microwave oven. Overall, the unit is functional but not as polished as advertised in the pictures.
