Apartment is ok, it has normal amenities for short stay, it was clean , close to Dubai Mall.
Pressure in the shower was quite low, very uncomfortable for showering , I think also missing one table with at least two chairs so you can eat . We had a leakage in the toilet and this created uncomfortable usage of Toilet . I hope host will properly fix this . Also you have construction site where they work whole day and part of evening .

The apartment is spacoius and cozy. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom well enough for 2 people. Communication with the owner was flowless. Pick up the keys to the apartment was easy to do. There was a pool as well, but had no time to use it while we were there.
There is a construction site right in the front of the building, and there are excavators working even during the night, and can be heard with closed windows.

הדירה במיקום מצוין, הנוף נחמד והבניין מטופח. המיטות נוחות מאוד ויש נוף יפה מהדירה. הדירה נקיה והמחיר הוגן.
מול המתחם היפה, בונים כעת בניין חדש - אמנם הדלת של המרפסת אוטמת רעש, אך אם רוצים לפתוח אותה ולשבת במרפסת יש רעש של אתר בניה מ8 בבוקר עד 8 בערב.
בנוסף, זרם המים היה חלש וכמו כן לא היו אקסטרה מגבות וסבונים - והיינו שם 3 לילות - לא היה מענה מספק לכך מבעל המקום בזמן השהות שלנו.

Beau building. Bel appartement. Parking pratique. Très propre. Bonne réactivité du gestionnaire. Belle piscine.
Quelques détails. Pression trop faible de la douche. Piscine manque de soleil (seulement 3 heures dans la journée à cause des buildings autour). Actuellement construction d’un building juste devant, donc environnement très bruyant.
