The heating and hot water was excellent, the location was superb, the ease to get in when arriving, the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the apartment.

More toilet rolls, a few laundry tablets to use the washing machine ( I would have washed some towels), better quality towels and kitchen roll.

The location is terrific ! With sea view

It is modern with all the modern accessories needed. Clean and simple

Location 10/10. This is absolutely the best thing about this apartment. Right on the beach, walking distance to San Pedro town and Puerto Banus. Also makes it a bit noisy at night but nothing too disturbing. Bedrooms are a good size, and the living area is great, nicely decorated. Mattresses are comfortable, bedding clean and new, showers are fine, terrace is smart and comfortable. AC throughout. The hosts: really friendly, great communication, let us check in when we arrived a bit earlier than allowed.

Downsides: the pool area is tiny, more like a back yard (although we knew this from the pictures I hadn't really thought through the impact of a lack of seating and shade). We spent most of our time on the beach, it's lovely there and there are beds a couple of minutes walk away but at 10euros per person day it does add to the overall cost of the property. The towels: this is where we felt most badly let down. Most of the bath towels are tiny, threadbare and stained even after washing, and there are no beach or pool towels. A small investment in some good quality towels would have gone a very long way here. Biggest issue - one of the of the bedroom windows (the one without bars that opens onto the terrace), and the balcony doors don't have any locks on at all. Although the property has a gate and cctv, you're basically just leaving your entire life (and small children??) open to anyone to help themselves whenever you go out. We did let the agent know as soon as we discovered it but they seemed largely unbothered.
