Half a block from el Chorro de Quevado and all the culture and history of the area. Felt very secure: private security guards from the university outside every day, lots of students walking by, noticed police walking through the street several times a day.
Multiple living rooms, one below, one above, two semi connected rooms with multiple beds. Functional
Kitchen with plates, pans, etc. clothes washing machine, radio.
Owners were very kind and responsive .
It’s not set up like a normal house. You have to take that in mind. No Internet, but nearby university connection is free and there’s lots of nearby cafes/restaurants to go to.
I like hot showers and the bathroom is pretty small and the electrical thing wasn’t working very well That makes hot water in the shower.
