Excellent Family-Friendly Apartment We really had a great time staying here. The apartment is excellent — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning works like a dream, especially with temperatures reaching 35°C in the middle of August. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the building, so parking was never an issue. The apartment is on the first floor, so there is no need to use the elevator at all. There is a nice Balkan-style restaurant in the neighboring building, which is very convenient. They serve traditional Balkan cooked meals at very reasonable prices, so you can enjoy authentic local food without spending much. One of the best things about this location is the huge park directly in front of the building. If you have children, this place is almost a paradise. What really impressed us was how safe and family-friendly the park feels. Unlike many parks in Western cities, where you may see homeless ok people or people struggling with drug addiction hanging around, this park was completely different. It was simply full of children playing, riding bicycles, and playing football. Many of the children were outside playing without their parents having to constantly supervise them, which says a lot about how safe the neighborhood feels. Kids were riding bikes, playing football, and socializing instead of sitting on their phones. The whole area has a peaceful, healthy, and very social atmosphere. It was wonderful to see children enjoying the outdoors and simply being kids. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment, especially to families with children.
