Lumière de Tanger

El apartamento superó mis expectativas nada más entrar por la puerta. Está en una séptima planta y tiene grandes ventanas en todas sus habitaciones que ofrecen unas vistas espectaculares. La decoración es perfecta, minimalista con detalles comprados en anticuario. El cuarto de baño, grande con una ducha fantástica. Plantas preciosas en varios rincones. La cocina ofrece todo lo necesario para guisar y preparar desayunos (un gran detalle que hubiera bolsitas de té, aunque no café) pero comimos todos los días fuera; en los restaurantes de Tánger se come muy bien y de momento es bastante barato. Sé que volveré a Tánger y creo que repetiré alojamiento. Así se lo comenté a Luisdi, que nos atendió de maravilla, tanto al llegar como al despedirnos.

Por poner algún pero diría que la limpieza no es exhaustiva. Las lámparas del techo tienen polvo, y se ve fácilmente; las alfombras presentan algunas dudas; y la ducha, en los rebordes de la mampara de cristal (abajo por dentro), así como el retrete, podrían estar mas limpios.

Sehr modern, bequem, alles vorhanden, schöne Einrichtung, super Lage.

We liked the location, the large bright and sunny space. The hosts were wonderful and very open to answering questions beyond the apartment; like around transportation. We did a long term stay of 3 weeks and would stay here again.

In our opinion the mattress and pillows need to be changed in the primary bedroom. We would also like to see a few more cooking knives and utensils that would help with cooking meals. There are some, but having another knife, besides the small pairing knife, would be helpful as well as a wooden spoon for stirring pots. Again, we did a longer stay so that is why I mention it. A short stay would likely not see the same concern. It was a really nice visit!

The apartment was really top mark , clean , spacious , very comfortable and nicely decorated.

The TV was not working from the word go and I asked the manager if he could sort it out . To cut a long story short , he had to come twice over and finally managed to sort it out after the 2nd attempt but it’s the way he spoke to me , being loud , confrontational, dismissive and using a tone of voice which was totally unacceptable which freaked me out , I had to ask him to leave the property as I would not tolerate someone speaking to me like this . It left a very sour taste in my mouth as the accomodation itself was top class but being really let down by inappropriate language of the manager towards me . I just don’t know why he reacted the way he did , totally unnecessary.
