No contactless check-in/Check-out. Nothing like cooking oil, salt, pepper or spices in the kitchen. Bedlinnen needs updating, Towels need updating, normal "actual' pillows, the pillows aren't supporting at all. The curtains in bedrooms aren't 'black-out' so the room always gets too light too early. Balcony is big but no chairs or table to sit at/on, so you can't really use it. Shower isn't up to par, water-pressure too soft, the water doesn't heat enough, the bathtub is not easy to step into because of the poorly manufactured glass (that functions as the shower curtain)
