I liked the most is the property owner. He is very good person and gentle. I liked the way he does business which is clear and worry free. If someone looking for budget friendly stay you can choose this stay. This stay is right behind Bharat Mata Mandir and convenient for transportation

I liked the behaviour of the owner. He is very cooperative and considerate. The location is also just behind the IP Mall Sigra, plenty of transport options were there. But the board/ banner was missing so it's bit challenging to reach there for the first time, I hope this will be hanged soon by the owner. And yes, since the property is in a narrow lane behind the mall, auto can not reach there, only around 150m walk is there.

The room have the batteries set-up and electrical connection (for solar). Although it is not in the sleeping area, but it is just beside the beds, smell of acid and frequent sounds seems irritating. It is risky as well because it's on the way to the attached washroom. Even the walls were too damp, in picture it was not that clear. Rest is fine. If the owner could work on these two aspects, it would be really a budget friendly accomodation.
