An absolute gem! In reality, the accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything is very tastefully decorated, fully functional, and, above all, extremely clean. Personally, I found the beds super comfortable (I know this is highly subjective, but I slept wonderfully). Great highlights include the whirlpool on the balcony, even though I ended up not using it, and the electric sun awning that can easily be extended or retracted depending on the weather.I especially want to highlight the fantastic customer service: When we arrived at the accommodation around 2:00 AM, we noticed that one of the bedrooms was locked. I messaged the host to explain the situation, assuming she would look into it the next morning. To my great surprise, she called me less than 10 minutes after I sent the message! She apologized sincerely, explaining that the cleaning staff had accidentally locked the room by mistake, and immediately told me where the spare key was "hidden". Thank you so much again for the quick help in the middle of the night, and I am truly sorry for waking you up! :)The location is also excellent: Right in the alley in front of the entrance, there are 3–4 cozy bars where you can enjoy a drink. Since each bar plays a different genre of music, there is definitely something for everyone's taste. I felt completely comfortable and would choose this accommodation again anytime!

For me, everything was fine, the following might interest other travelers: The bars right outside the door naturally cause some hustle and bustle and a certain noise level in the alley. However, you can use this to your advantage, sit on the balcony, have a beer or two, and enjoy the atmosphere. The best part: Inside the bedrooms, you hear absolutely nothing of all the commotion! I have been to Athens about 10 times, but never stayed in this neighborhood (Exarchia). I find the area extremely interesting. However, you should know that tourists are not particularly welcome in certain corners of this district. You can sense this from posters on the street and the reactions of some bar staff. Don't get me wrong: Nobody threatens you with violence, but you can definitely feel the resentment. As in many major cities, the problem here probably stems from the housing shortage, the discontent over the high number of tourist short-term rentals and rising rents.

Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft am Rand von Exarchia! Ideal für 2-4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmern sowie einem kleinen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Sehr nett ist auch der Balkon. Kontakt mit Vermietern war sehr nett.
