-Les échanges et la disponibilité des propriétaires.
-leur honnêteté aussi par rapport à une erreur dans leur annonce, 1 chambre au lieu de 2.
-L'ambiance accueillante à l'arrivée en plus il faisait froid dehors donc c'était douillet bien appréciable.
-Très bien chauffé.
-Très bonne literie.
-Les petites attentions, comme les gâteaux et sucreries à notre arrivée.
-Parfois les enfants des voisins du haut qui couraient cela était un peu dérangeant au niveau sonore, mais ça restait acceptable et heureusement pas très tard.
