Excelentes instalaciones, muy buena ubicación. El apartamento es realmente encantador y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía amena y tranquila.

Localização, espaço e conforto.
A falta de garagem dificulta pois quem chega de. Veículo tem que pagar custos extras para guardar o carro.

Muy cómodo,muy buena ubicación,muy seguro. El personal muy atentos,linda la pileta.los muebles muy modernos.
Lo que no que no estuvo bueno fue la tercera cama.que en realidad no era cama para un adulto,siendo que había consultado ya que éramos 5 adultos.tampoco entraba en la pieza la pusimos en el comedor. Para recomendar la esquina del placard que está muy cerca de la cama tendrían que ponerle algo para no golpearse la cabeza 🤭.

Tem ar só nos 2 quartos, e para fazer check-in, tem que enviar informações de cada um dos hóspedes, não só do principal no site externo a booking "https://institucional.seazone.com.br" pediu inclusive foto (selfy), nome completo, foto do documento,etc), e faz por link externo ao cadastro não informa como solicitar a exclusão das informações após ter finalizado o período de alocação do imóvel
