The cleaning staff were very professional and explained why the apartment was not ready at 4 pm. Also facilitate her cell and the host cell number
The lock of communication from.the host the first 10 hours after the reservation. All these time using booking and the host did not get in touch until we start driving from.santo domingo around 12 pm nest day our cell number was packed in our carry on. Anyways more professionalism from the host and to contact client at lease an hour of the reservation is approved will be helpful for another guests. Not us. Our friend were very upset the apartment was not ready a the time of check in and she was inflexible at the check out time. We lost time at check in and check out.
