Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.Appartamento ristrutturato di recente , dotato di tutti i comfort e pulitissimo.

Appartamento bello e pulito in zona centrale, con balcone dotato di stendino e parcheggio riservato sotto casa. A poche decine di metri si trova ogni tipo di servizio, dai negozi di alimentari al distributore di benzina, dalla farmacia all'ufficio postale, dall'edicola a ristorantini e pizzerie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare (spiaggia libera e lidi attrezzati). Mare pulito con spiaggia sabbiosa. Volendo, si può parcheggiare l'auto sotto casa e dimenticarsene. A pochi km da Casal Velino vale la pena di visitare Ascea oppure la splenida Acciaroli. Infine abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità della gestrice Marina che è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze, nei limiti del possibile.
Potrebbe essere ulteriormente migliorata l'esperienza se ci fossero zanzariere alle porte-finestre (non abbiamo visto zanzare in giro ma abbiamo avuto qualche altra visita indesiderata). In bagno farebbero comodo appendini e mensole.

la struttura è nuova ,ben organizzata e ben pulita.Presente tutto il necessario.
unico neo mancano le zanzariere che tra l’altro farebbero risparmiare l’accensione dei condizionatori visto che la sera a Casalvelino si stá bene si potrebbe dormire bene con le sole finestre aperte,peccato
