The owner spoke English which makes things easier. Decor was attractive with exposed brickwork, old furniture, faded photographs (were they relatives I wondered), interesting paintings etc.. Located not far from the main square of Rajec with restaurants and shops it was a convenient location. It was handy that the owner sent a picture of the front of the property to avoid doubt as to which one it was.
The password for the WiFi did not work. There are a few steps to get to the toilet from the bedroom at night.
