Große gemütliche Terrasse, zwei Zimmer, Innenhof mit privatem Parkplatz. Ruhige Gegend, in der Nähe des freien oder ausgestatteten Strandes (ca. 600 m zu Fuß). Außendusche sehr gut. Guter Standort um Lecce und die Küste zu erkunden!
Der Küchenbereich ist sehr klein, aber reicht zum Kochen aus. Wenn man selber kocht wären ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wünschenswert. Die Innendusche ist auch klein, was aber durch die Außendusche auf der Terrasse ausgeglichen werden kann

Ampio terrazzo ben ventilato anche nelle ore più calde; alloggio accogliente e dotato di servizi; cortile interno con posto auto privato; zona tranquilla; vicino alla spiaggia libera o attrezzata (circa 600m a piedi).
Doccia interna un po’ piccola, ma si può compensare con quella esterna sul terrazzo.
