Beau emplacement gâché par vétusté des communs, la ventilation excessive et bruyante.
Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, belle agencement de cuisine, emplacement calme proche des pistes, loin de la circulation, garage couvert pour la voiture.
Ventilation excessive et bruyante, donc courant d'air permanant très désagréable, même en fermant portes et volets! Radiateur salle de bain ne marche pas, chauffe-eau trop petit: 2 douches chaudes, les suivantes froides! WC très exiguë, les portes WC et salle de bain se télescopent, prévoir une coulissante pour le bain? Casier à ski trop petit, juste 2 paires + chaussures. Matelas effondrés, couloir vétuste, ascenseur trop petit, Garage très sale plein de poussière de terre.
