Clean and comfortable
Facilities like the play area and pool were a bit far from where we was.

We stayed at unit 37 for 2 nights and it was the best ever. Unit at the end so it was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. It was so clean and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the super comfy beds and the sofa.It was so incredible. The unit even had rechargeable lights and an adaptor which was great....we didn't need them but it is good that those are available in times of need. Wifi was great. We had a great time and would love to visit again.
I just feel reception should be open and lively. The lapa area should also be open especially during the school holidays.There should be more brighter lights throughout the unit complex to make it brighter at night.There we're no tennis balls even though there's a court.,so we had to go out and buy some to play tennis. If there's more kiddies entertainment programs during holiday period would be rather great. But overall it was a holiday that we loved and enjoyed so much.

Amazing apartment. Had a comfortable stay. Very relaxing
The soap dispensers in the shower was not working. The kitchen had no sponges to wash dishes

The security guard made us wait for 44 minutes, calling us fraud saying we're not booked in. After eventually calling the owner, he once again said the keys were not there. Afterwards we had issues someone waaaas advised by the security to park in our spot " as there was no one booked there".I was humiliated and frustrated.
