Very comfy! Has everything you need 👌 great location close to everything!

The location was fine, had plenty of room for the four of us and I especially like separate beds for sleeping. Lots of places assume that people coming together are couples or are comfortable sleeping in the same bed. Not true. This place had a bed for everyone and it had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked great, and that's vital for Las Vegas, especially being upstairs! This place has everything we needed! Felt completely safe also being across the street from the police station. Next time we will take advantage of being able to walk to Downtown.

I liked everything overall, just a couple of things needed fixing in the unit or updating. Just minor maintenance items that would happen over time and it could use some upgrades. As a real estate investor I saw opportunities for improvement but everything was still just fine.

Parking in the ally was bad they have too many dumpsters and I backed into one that was rolling and broke a taillight

Clean kitchen in appearance but we didn’t get to use it as we had to go to the hospital for an emergency. Stayed only an hour in the property.

We had to climb the creaky unstable wooden stairs of probably about 12-15 steps to get to the property. I was scared for my 89 yr old aunt but had to handle it very slowly and carefully. Didn’t like it didn’t expect it. When we opened the door a whiff of the wind smelled of weed masked by the air freshener greeted us. Also by the corner upon opening the door there’s this big equipment/machine that would greet you and gave a bad impression of the room - this should be cleaned and covered- photos of property don’t show it. Parking in the back wasn’t expected as it was an open area and not fenced in- my son didn’t want to leave the car parked and we decided not to return but booked a hotel as we had to rush out for our sick granddaughter.
