Очень чисто! Свежая квартира 1+1 в хорошем районе, в новом доме, с паркингом. Квартира хорошо обставлена и продумана: есть даже чайник, тостер и микроволновая печь, помимо плиты и холодильника. Есть необходимый набор посуды, соль, перец, масло)) хорошее отопление и освещение. Высокие потолки и хороший дизайн. Самопоселение и эффективная коммуникация с менеджером квартиры.

L'emplacement de l'appartement et la réactivité de la propriétaire.
Une chose fondamentale pour passer un bon citytrip: le sommeil. En dehors de la literie, passable, j'ai été constamment réveillé par les voisins du dessus, qui faisaient du bruit le soir, et débutaient des travaux très tôt en matinée. Impossible de dormir plus que quelques heures, et mon séjour en a été fortement impacté. L'insonorisation est donc clairement à revoir.
