We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it. The hosts, Josie and Tim, were excellent—friendly and welcoming without ever being overbearing. We were greeted with homemade scones on arrival, which was such a lovely touch and set the tone for our stay. The house was spotlessly clean, and Josie had thought of everything to make it feel like a true home away from home. The hot tub was fabulous, and the property is both toddler- and pet-friendly, which was perfect for us as we travelled with our partner, toddler, and Boxer dog. The enclosed outdoor area was ideal for letting our dog enjoy some freedom safely. The location is excellent—just minutes from Annascaul village, close to Inch Beach, and only a short drive into Dingle. There's also a farm walk on the property, and our toddler absolutely loved seeing the donkey and sheep every morning. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, well-equipped home with genuinely lovely hosts. We would happily return.

What can I say. The pictures don’t do it justice. What an amazing property. All bedrooms a suite. One bathroom had a jacuzzi and steam shower. Beds so comfortable. Kitchen had everything and more. Putting green on the side garden great fun. Jacuzzi outside spotless. Dart board and gym equipment in garden shed got plenty of use. We were welcomed with home made scones by our wonderful host Josie. We were also the first guests to walk through Tim’s Forrest tunnel walk. What a walk, it was fabulous. We had our dogs with us. They really enjoyed themselves too. Thank you Josie & Tim. For a fabulous weekend

Everything, from we arrive until we left, owners off the property where amazing and very welcoming, never wanted to leave, have rebooked for September 2026. The property had everything you can think off, views where a bonus and a lovely farm walk on property
