This basement adu apartment is really well done! Everything was fresh and new, and was well-appointed in decor and amenities. It was very quiet and comfortable. All the kitchen basics were there, and lots of bathroom linens were provided. Also sparkling clean! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Location is on a spacious, quiet residential street, yet plenty of stores and restaurants were just a couple minutes away by car. There is a designated street parking spot. We have family on the island we visit a couple times a year, and would choose this apartment again. One of the nicest places we've stayed. We felt right at home!

There is no keypad entry, so we had to coordinate with the host to get a key. However, he was very accommodating about the time, and communication was excellent. A washer and dryer added would be an amazing bonus. (It appears there is a closet and hookups for a unit.)

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The apartment was well-equipped, cozy, and located in a convenient area. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
