Tutto perfetto . La casa accogliente con vista mozzafiato sul porticciolo.Luogo intimo e per niente caotico . La posizione è comoda per spostarsi in tutte le direzioni . Il Proprietario gentile e disponibile senza essere invadente . Consiglio vivamente .

Massimo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, alles war bei unserer Ankunft super erklärt und wir konnten auch schon eher in das Apartment. Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind ein Traum. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse auf die Bucht ist phänomenal. Sehr ruhige Lage und bei uns war Mitte September fast nicht mehr los. Der Privatstrand und alles rund rum ist super. Eigener überdachter Grillplatz und Außenküche, riesige Terrasse und extra Dachterrasse, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Außerdem hat sich unser Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider gibt es kein automatisches Licht im Eingangsbereich. Wenn man abends kommt, muss man Vorsichtig bis zum Lichtschalter am Haus laufen...

Bellissima casa, pulitissima e con un grande terrazzo al piano che gode di una vista straordinaria a meno di 100mt dal mare!!’ La spiaggia privata è un grande valore aggiunto sopratutto per chi ha bambini.

Not much.
Not clean, even spider webs at the kitchen. Dirty Bialette, unwashed bed cover. No air conditioning except on one bedroom. No waste bin on toilette. Very unclear directions to get to the property.
