We arrived late after being in a la terme and our arrival was very uncomfortable.
we didn’t understand that we couldn’t drive to the front door. And we had heavy luggage and a young child.
It was very hard to find the building and my husband is Italian driver and knows how to get around and we got very lost with the navigator.
when we finally found the building, no one was there to greet us and we were very cold and had to walk very up steep hills through the city without adequate clothing and wait 15 min in freezing whipping wind …. No care about this was shown.
All of this could’ve been avoided with a proper welcome letter giving us instructions of how to actually find our location and direct contact with arrival host so that when we arrive she was ready to greet us.
I also thought I read there was some organic supplies. Maybe that was another place. There was one sachet for shampoo for a four night stay. :( would’ve loved some nice products. Cleaning was ok .
The magic of the space and the healing and nourishment it gave our family over. Read this little irritation.
The kindness of the owner and the late check out was also appreciated.
