    It was unpleasant experience for me when I arrived at night for check in, the room wasn’t ready, dirty and messy as photos. This is with non-refundable policy, so no matter how you should just stay, but I was lucky enough to get €50+ for refund as I check out few days earlier than my initial booking. I think I deserve a full refund as pre check in was causing so much of headaches, as they kept sending me a link to submit my documents for check in, but the link doesn’t work for so many times, that’s so frustrating, I have all the proof with me. Check in experience was definitely the worst. But the good part was the staff was good and friendly. The location may not be the best it’s not in Madrid, but it’s definitely not far to the city centre by uber/bolt for 15-30 mins.
