Beautiful private Double Room in a shared 3-bedroom apartment minutes walk from Bethnal Green

Good location, large room, very clean, towels available, easy self check in

Walls are thin so can hear neighbours in other rooms

The environment and the facilities but the heating system and the uncomprising conduct of one of the staff members who wouldn't answer the call when I was need.

The heating system was poor, and the bathroom tape gave warm water intermittently.

The central location was ok but the neighbourhood was dodgy. Too many homeless on the streets. My check in was smooth.

The bed linen was disgusting and dirty. The bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. The sink filled in with water because the drainage pipe was clogged. The kitchen was poorly implemented (no spices, no oil, no electric burner to turn on the stove). The space in the kitchen was too reduced and the overall experience was really bad to cook. The flat was small and you could hear everything from other guests activities. Not enough value for money.
