Lovely condo near the beach. Ground floor so very convenient, parking is right out the back door. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Access to a variety of pools was a fun perk for the kids.
I don’t know how much the owners have control over this, but there is a drain smell throughout the condo. We thought once we ran the water through all the drains it would go away but after staying for a week the smell persisted. It didn’t affect us too much, but if you are overly sensitive to odors that’s something to take into consideration. Hot water was also occasionally unreliable, but we turned up the tankless water heater and it wasn’t too much of a problem. One shower seemed to be more reliable than the other.
