We loved this historic and quirky hotel. The room and bath were spotless and comfortable, and the bed and linens were high-quality.
We didn't like the stairs (there was no elevator), but it was only two floors. We had help with our bags at checkout.
The location is perfect in a little alleyway connecting two main streets. We would stay here again.

The location of this property is amazing, although a little difficult to find if you're using Google Maps. As its on the opposite side and end of the lane than shown.
My host for the stay, Franca, has been lovely and offered some great suggestions of things to see/do on arrival.
The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated, however I found the bedding and pillows particularly uncomfortable. Also, the rooms are not soundproof at all, which is understandable given the age of the building. Just something to be aware of. Perhaps bring some earplugs to sleep in.
Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend.
