You will feel right at home whether you golf or on a relaxing vacation. Condo amenities include comfy beds, Keurig dual K-cup/Pot coffeemaker, crockpot, cellphone/laptop charging tower, AC, Wi-Fi, and In-Unit washer/dryer, new stainless steel appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. We use bed bug preventative mattress and pillow covers! Pride of ownership! Beautiful furnishings, everything you could need to enjoy your time at our condo, sipping coffee or a cocktail on the patio at the famous World Tour Golf Course! Linens included in price. Sleeps 4.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, central air/heat, towels, bed linens, complimentary starter kit, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, keyless entry with code change after each rental!
INDOORS: 3 flat screen TVs, comfortable sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs. Each bedroom has full en-suite bathrooms for maximum privacy!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped! Brand new Range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, wine rack, dishes, pots & pans, can opener.
OUTDOORS: Covered Patio with furniture, beautiful golf course view. Pool and BBQ grill at the gazebo onsite near building by Cypress Point Ct. There are also several other golf courses very nearby, River Oaks, Pine Lakes, Arrowhead Golf Courses to name a few in this Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. Accompany minors to pool.
BEDROOMS: King Bed in 1st Bedroom, Queen bed and twin bed in 2nd Bedroom
CONDO PARKING: right outside your door!
NO SMOKING, No Vaping or E-cigarettes ALLOWED! No pets for renters per HOA rules. No parties/events. No commercial vehicles, Motorcycles or RV/campers or trailers allowed per HOA.
Must be 25 years old to rent. Photo ID required. The person/persons booking must be at least one of the people staying in the condo. Additional fees and taxes could apply. $250 charge if smoke or pets detected by housekeeper. Minors must be accompanied to pool. If Pool key is lost, there is a $250 charge.
Cleanliness & safety in our condo is a priority! There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and in-unit fire sprinkler system in the ceiling for your safety. No stairs! Enjoying your stay, ensuring your comfort is always a priority! We love our repeat guests!

The condo was beautiful Clean and is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 10 min away from the beach which we enjoyed alot . Condo was very well stocked and nicely decorated for the beach!! Had everything we needed for our stay. Condo is exactly as described in description. Would definitely rent from again.

The condo was very nice, with all the amenities and extras that made it comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

This was a very nice property and it's on the ground floor which is important if you're older and have problems with stairs, very clean, comfortable and everything was there that we needed. I would recommend this rental 100%!
