VILLA BENEDETTA - NOTO AREA
An ideal seafront villa for families or friends, this beautiful property can be found in Lido di Noto, 35 km south of Syracuse. Situated in a residential area, Villa Benedetta is a stone’s throw from the sea with a hot tub and direct access to the beach, and a few minutes from Noto's historic centre with shops, banks, and restaurants.
There are several popular attractions in the area, including the Vendicari nature reserve, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the baroque towns of Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and RagusA Ibla.
Villa Benedetta (120 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the lower level, accessed from the outside only, we find a living toom with kitchenette, one double bedroom (160x200m) and one bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright modern living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with a table that seats six) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with a double bed) with a sea view and ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one single bedroom (with French bed size 140 cm x 200 cm; suitable for one adult or two children) and a bathroom (with shower).
Outside, you will find a garden which features a jacuzzi hot tub, a large grassy sun terrace (with sun loungers) overlooking the sea, a shady veranda with outdoor dining area (with a table that seats six), a lounge area (with sofas and chairs) and a barbecue.
