A lovely farmhouse on the owner's horse farm, rural and scenic. The area has scenic walking and cycling routes. A perfect accommodation close to the pleasant holiday town of Ängelholm, Lake Västersjön with both swimming and fishing opportunities and all places to visit on the Bjäre and Kulla Peninsulas. The farmhouse is connected to the owner's farm. The house is a beautiful half-timbered house, newly renovated with a pleasant mix of old and new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area. The slightly smaller bathroom has both a shower and a washing machine. The living room is spacious and has a modern TV (there are no channels on the television, but HDMI sockets). There is free wifi. Upstairs there is first a smaller living room with a sofa bed (120cm) and two spacious bedrooms with double beds in both. You have your own part of the plot with a framed and sheltered patio with garden furniture and barbecue. During the summer, the owner can offer a stall for anyone who wants to bring their horse. In the area there are nice walking paths and cycle paths. A short drive away is Lake Västersjön. There are several larger public bathing areas here, the closest is Äspenäs bathing area. Västersjön has a good fishing stock of, among other things, pike, zander, perch, tench, bream and eel. Fishing license required. Here you can also rent a boat. Hillarp's fishing ponds are nearby. Just north of Munka Ljungby is the salmon ladder, an exciting destination along the Rössjöholmsån. On the other side of Hallandsåsen there is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter and downhill cycling in summer. A short drive away is Ängelholm's beautiful town with small, cozy shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach. . Visit the Bjäre and Kulla Peninsulas.
