Haus Weitblick: 3-bedroom house with a view of nature. No pets allowed. No contractors allowed. Fireplace. Comfortable and lovingly furnished. Insect screens, 3 TVs
The “Weitblick” vacation home is located about 1 km from the lake dike. Quiet location with sweeping views of nature. With approximately 85 m² of living space, this comfortable and lovingly furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, and the living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system with Bluetooth. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a guest restroom. For child safety, safety gates are installed at the top and bottom of the staircase leading upstairs.
The vacation home is suitable for people with allergies; there is no carpeted flooring.
The first floor features a living/kitchen/dining room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm with 2 single mattresses). The windows are equipped with roller shutters for 100% blackout and insect screens. You must bring your own firewood for the fireplace, and the fireplace must be cleaned before departure
The living area features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a game console, and a stereo system with Bluetooth. Classic board games are also available.
Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm, consisting of 2 single mattresses) and a TV, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). These rooms are also equipped with roller shades for 100% blackout. Additionally, there is another restroom with a sink on the upper floor.
Pets are not allowed.
The vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people and one toddler in a travel crib. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is fully equipped:
Oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Microwave, egg cooker, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee pod machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster, dishes and silverware—and much more...
A washing machine is available for free use in the shower room.
A parking space is located about 300 to 400 meters from the house. You can drive up to the front of the house to load and unload.
