The host is nice and responsive. The house is an pictured. It’s very spacious. Could use some touch up paint. The walls have very noticeable stains all over. But otherwise it was ok. Our stay was one night so it served it’s purpose

Place is in an area undergoing gentrification. Generally well kept. Be aware the master BR is up 2 flights of stairs.

The overall stay and check in process was great. However, there was an issue with bugs (pictured below) in the kitchen and front door. Also, there were lots of scratches and scuffs on all of the (white) walls in the entire house. The scuffs gave an overall feeling of uncleanliness. We couldn’t tell is the property had recently been cleaned (in the past 24-48 hours) prior to our stay or if it had been cleaned several weeks ago. We would love to stay again as it was convenient for our visit and spaciousness.

Cleaniness 5Location 3Accessibility to Downtown 5Luxury 2The apartment needs a facelift, the walls are badly scuffed, needs painting…the living area seating is not accommodating.. The couch is a “zero”! The chairs at the table and bar are super hard and uncomfortable… and the upstairs carpeting is terrible.. The bedding could be updated but for the price I guess, it’s all to be expected! Very clean though!
