About this house rental
Beautiful quirky mature property based in the centre of historic Warwick town with views of Warwick Castle and only a short stroll away.
The property is in a fantastic location and within walking distance from shops, restaurants, St Nicholas park, pubs, train station and much more.
Recently renovated we would love to share our home with you and give you the most comfort whilst enjoying your stay in Warwick.
As you walk in to the property you enter the kitchen diner, equipped with washing machine and a dishwasher and plenty of space to enjoy your breakfast. The next room is the living room with a double sofa bed and a large comfy sofa. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs you have our blue room step up to the king size bed and wardrobe. The yellow room with bunkbeds. And a shower room with a lovely rain fall shower.
Up the next flight of stairs (please duck), you enter a room with a single bed and trundle. Walk through the door to our master bedroom with a king size bed.
Outside we have a private courtyard and parking space.
Things to note, our home is well loved and over 100 years old so some areas are uneven, the stair case for the top floor the roof is low whilst walking up the stairs. The property is based on a main road. Either side of the house is an Indian restaurant and newsagents, there are other food/shops along the road as well.
