This stylishly newly decorated condo boasts a spacious lanai offering million-dollar views of Waikiki.
Unwind on the 31st floor with breathtaking 180° vistas as you sip your morning coffee, people-watch, check out the surf, and marvel at the frequent rainbows over Manoa Valley.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. If you’re in the mood for a night out, countless restaurants are just steps away from this centrally located condotel in the hear

The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.
Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am to 9pm, located on the 6th floor. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay and a signed waiver at the front desk for checkout.
Parking is available for $47 per 24 hours, payable to the attendant or machine. In and out privileges are included; inquire for more details. There is a rental car place on the ground floor of the building, which is a convenient option for renting a car onsite. The parking area has a height limit of 6 feet 2 inches.
A Biki station, part of Hawaii’s bike share program, is also nearby.
The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Everything else in Waikiki, including shops and restaurants, is within walking distance as you explore the area.

*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions will result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted.
- For same-day bookings, we’ll coordinate directly with the front desk to register your reservation promptly.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines
To keep our condo in great shape and ensure a seamless stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:
🚭 Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and building (including the lanai). Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property triggers sensitive alarms and incurs a $250 fine plus any damage or deep-cleaning costs. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground level.
👥 Daytime Visitors: Visitors are welcome! For building security, please ensure any non-overnight guests register at the lobby desk upon arrival.
🏖️ Beach & Pool Care:
1. Please rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the building or condo, and clean any beach gear before bringing it inside.
2. Towel off completely before leaving the pool deck or stepping into elevators and hallways.
3. Avoid resting wet clothes, swimwear, or towels on furniture, beds, or wood surfaces.
🧺 Beach Towels: Please keep track of all provided beach towels ($20 replacement fee per missing towel).
🛋️ Furniture: Kindly leave all furniture in its original spot. Rearranged furniture that needs to be reset after checkout will incur a repositioning fee.
🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels mindful between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone in the building can enjoy a restful night.
