This spacious first-floor condo offers a relaxing retreat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for families or groups. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, while the desk provides a convenient spot for remote work. A cozy reading nook in the third bedroom, featuring twin beds, offers a peaceful space to relax.
For your entertainment, the living area is equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Roku, and each of the 3 bedrooms includes its own Smart TV with Roku, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and features a laundry closet for added convenience.
The master bathroom includes a separate shower and tub, offering ultimate comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring or enjoying the nearby attractions.
The home features hardwood floors in the main living areas and plush new carpet in the bedrooms for a cozy, homey feel. Step outside and take a dip in the community pool, nestled in the courtyard just outside your door, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Additional Amenities:

The entire place was clean and beautiful., would be happy to stay there again. The only negative was even though the bedroom with 2 twin beds had a very nice TV there was no remote

nothing but great. Easy access the unit was clean and ready to use. Three guys on golf outingouting gave us the perfect spot to relax and enjoy and the end of the golf day.

Loved this unit and all its amenities. Super clean, had everything you’d ever need when you were looking to get away. Laterra is always so well maintained and having the pool steps outside makes daily pool trips super easy for little kids. Marilyn and her team are always extremely helpful and the instructions to access the unit were so detailed and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!
