We were happy with the communication with the owner. We did have a crowd of us that loved the pool and hot tub. We did notice a lot of noise in the area after ten, and early in the morning. I did however wish the AC worked and they had more towels, and dishes for the cooking for our group. Otherwise it was close to our conference and beaches. We were happy with the stay.

Preface, we had a great time and the space "got the job done." My cons section is a little lengthy, but these are things I wish I would have known going into this house, especially with how much we were paying to stay there. Pros: Nice house. Spacious layout. Can sleep a large group of people. Host was easy to contact.Cons: Not the best area (my fault for not looking into it more before booking). Didn't feel very safe there. 1st thing noticed was there was shattered window glass in the driveway. Homeless people camping outside the homes and would watch us. I never received how to get into the house until after check-in and I had to call host a couple times for the code. AC was broken and host failed to tell us before we arrived, house would get up to 87 degrees inside and was told to "just open the windows". Sheets in some of the beds weren't cleaned but the beds were made, there were white crusties in at least 2 of the beds (that we know of).. There was a LIVE cockroach inside the kitchen spice cupboard. The net to clean the pool was broken, and the outside furniture was dirty. Our group was able to adjust and still have a good time.
