About this house rental
Charming 2-bedroom, two and half bath townhome with a nice view on Timber Ridge in Woodbury (Hudson Valley). Only a short drive from Woodbury commons premium outlets, Bus and train stations to NYC (about 65mins away). 20-30mins drive to West Point military academy, LegoLand and other fun spots. Huge community swimming pool and park nearby.
Features 2-bedrooms with attached bathrooms each. Nice living room, dining. Kitchen, extra half bathroom and a patio deck with a nice view.
Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and more. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at my place.
Other Fun Stuff: There’s a super large community pool with play ground for kids, resting area for adults, fun outdoor games and much more. There’s a gigantic community park with a beach, jog/walk path, basketball, volleyball, baseball courts, soccer field, outdoor games and much more. If you love outdoor activities this is sure a place you will like.
PLS NOTE:
Kids stay free. Pet ok but I need to know what kind of pet in advance plus talk hygiene. You will need a pass to get into the community pool and park which the host will provide and/or check you in in-person.
3pm check in. 11am check out. Absolutely No smoking anywhere inside the house please. Absolutely no loudness. No gathering of any kind. No Parties of any kind. Enjoy your quiet stay!

The property owner had superb communication with us. We arrived very late and did not have any issues checking in. They even had purchased food for our stay! Everything we needed was in the house. They checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The view from the deck looked beautiful, although we were on the go and didn’t have time to fully enjoy on this trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

Had old friends coming into the area. They were staying with family so we decided to find a nice place to spend an evening catching up over good wine and food. This place was perfect and the property manager was excellent in communicating with me on check in/check out. He graciously let us check in early to beat the snow that day and even cleaned the cars/driveway of snow/ice in the morning by the time we had woke up! Highly recommend for those looking for a nice, clean and spacious place to stay in a great area of the Hudson Valley.
