★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $30/day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated
It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.
★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★
The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:
- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

The property was better than expected. Easy to get to and only 15 minutes to the Universal parks. Shopping close by for groceries and souvenirs. We had six adults and four children. They loved the little pool and the theater room with the big tv and massaging theater chairs. All the rooms were great! The beds were comfortable and had plenty of closet space. The only issues were that the carpet in the halls and stairs were dirty and with gum stuck to the carpet in the hall and the slider door handle had a screw come loose. I would definitely use this Vrbo again.!

Our stay was great. Close to everything. Home was great and as described. My only suggestion would be to have towel racks in the bathrooms and beach towels for the pools. Thanks so much.
