Nestled in Atlantic Beach, this delightful studio offers a tremendous living experience. With a cozy living room featuring a queen bed in a sleeping nook and a couch for an additional guest, you can relax and recharge after a day of exploring. AC, WiFi, and other essential amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
The condo boasts a full ccean view and is a clean & comfortable second floor condo. Direct access for you to walk to a delightful beach. Relax in the community pool, cook on the outdoor grills, let the kids run around the yard, and free parking. Walk to several restaurants/shops or take a short drive to Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort. Book now to come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!
Come enjoy our studio condo haven by the sea! Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. No elevator to the second floor. While it can accommodate up to three people, the condo may be a bit tight for three adults and the third person is sleeping on a sofa. A maximum of two adults is recommended. Two adults with one child is OK for this space. The absolute maximum number allowed is four people, including infants. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.
Recently remodeled, so you can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach side life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!
We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is primarily for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay.
This condo has an amazing full view of the ocean, and you are mere steps away to be in the sand!
Note:
This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.
You'll find your stay to be easy, with access to all that you need for a nice relaxing get away (or quiet workspace with high-speed internet). A door code will be emailed to you when you book for easy entrance on your schedule (any time after 3 pm on the day you book). Full instructions, info, and a parking pass are provided in a guest book in the living room area. Enjoy!
Boats, boat trailers, RVs and other similar oversized vehicles are not allowed at this complex.

Absolutely loved our time. The ability to walk to the beach within feet of our condo was fabulous. Linda was kind and reached out during our stay to make sure all was ok very kind and attentive. We will definitely stay again!

This is a nicely decorated studio, making the most of a small space with extra hooks and cubbies for storage.I loved sitting outside on the chairs, sipping coffee or reading a book while watching the rabbits and sea birds. It's a million dollar view!

Unit was very clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable! Kitchen is well stocked. Terrific ocean view from the balcony. Host is one of the best I've worked with - great communication and responsiveness. Would definitely rent one of their properties again.
