About this house rental
Summary:
This is a cozy mid-century home located in the heart of lovely Siloam Springs. Downtown is just a few blocks away providing local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and shopping within walking distance. Siloam also offers a bike rental shop, kayak park, walking/biking trails, local Farmer's Market and more.
The Space:
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious half acre lot, our house is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath house with all the comforts of home. We have a cozy den with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with tub and shower, and a convenient half bath as well.
One of our favorite spots is out back with the covered porch where there's plenty of seating, space for the kids (and adults) to run around, and a large fire pit ring to enjoy with friends. This whole area is very private as well, tucked away in the backyard. We also have a fenced-in side yard with a covered area for play and relaxing under the shade of a few lovely, mature trees.
Guest Access:
Keypad entry (at the back door) ensures that you have easy 24/7 access.
Free Private Parking: There is plenty of space within the driveway for guests to park.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe residential area.
Getting Around:
Our house is just a few minute walk from all downtown shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located, so anything in Siloam Springs is just a few minute's drive away.
The University of Arkansas, Crystal Bridges, and Walmart HQ are all just over a half hour's drive.

Your stay is entirely private, but we are available to help and make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
