Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

While the condo was clean, you could tell it wasn’t really well taken care of. Rooms with unfinished painting and multiple spots of different colors. The doors and baseboards all scuffed and missing paint. Kitchen pantry doors around the handles were nasty looking. The outdoor furniture looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The front door didn’t seal properly and because of this the AC struggled to keep it at 70. The couches were super uncomfortable and the beds were very hard. Not what I expected to get when we paid the amount of money we did to stay there. We will be booking a different location for our next trip.

Property was awesome! Elevators not! Beach chair guys awesome! Good to be on 4th floor to take advantage of stairs when not hauling to and from cars.
