About this house rental
The vacation home has two vacation apartments.
The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, as can the first-floor apartment. Upon request, an additional double bed and a toilet can be added. Both apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, and all rooms have permanent fly screens installed.
Ground Floor:
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It features three spacious bedrooms with a table and two armchairs, a TV, a closet, and double beds.
The living room is equipped with a TV and a stereo system, and the two sofas and a large dining table make it a cozy place to relax. The spacious kitchen-living area features an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and dishes. One of the two bathrooms with a shower also has a bathtub. Both bathrooms have an exterior window and are equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
This vacation rental includes one large and one small terrace. They are equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill. A pergola awning on the large terrace provides shade from the sun.
Upper Floor:
The vacation rental on the upper floor can accommodate up to 8 people. The bedrooms are furnished with a table and two armchairs, double beds, a TV, and a closet.
The living room invites you to relax with its large corner couch, TV, stereo system, and a spacious dining area. The large kitchen-living room features an oven and ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and plenty of pans, pots, dishes, and cutlery. The apartment has a bathroom with a double shower for two people, complete with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.
There is also an additional restroom. This vacation rental features a large and a small balcony, both equipped with patio furniture and a grill*. A pergola awning on the large balcony provides shade.
The pond:
It’s a wonderful place to sit, watch a carp sunbathing every now and then, and observe the fish leaping in the evening. Over the fields in front of the country house, you can regularly marvel at kestrels and buzzards hunting, watch hares darting about, and observe deer grazing.
The ideal place to relax and unwind, because here, the fox and the hedgehog still say good night to each other!
Location:
Norderfriedrichskoog is located on the Eiderstedt Peninsula and, with an area of 5.31 km² and just under 50 residents, is a rather small community. The North Sea is just 1.5 km from the country house and is therefore easily accessible on foot or by bike. The “Am Spieker” swimming spot is about 7 km away and features a swimming ladder. The popular destination Sankt Peter-Ording is about 30 km away, and the towns of Husum and Tönning are just 15 km away.
The "Kabuff"
Our so-called “Kabuff” is an adjoining common room that’s perfect for cozy get-togethers in the evening (with insect screens)!
Lawn Areas
There are plenty of green spaces around our country house where you can make yourself comfortable on a lounge chair. The lawn is mowed regularly.
Parking Spaces
There are plenty of parking spaces for our guests right in front of the building, and secure storage for bicycles and e-bikes is also available by arrangement.
Towels can be added to your reservation upon request.
A travel crib can be provided for children up to and including 3 years of age. They stay with us free of charge.
Dogs are allowed in the lower apartment upon request.
