In Berry, located near the country of George Sand, the city of La Châtre, the Creuse valley, this accommodation is ideally located and allows reunions between friends or family in complete peace.

On the ground floor, large living room with kitchen area, lounge and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and in addition (on request) a bunk bed with 2 beds of 90x190 cm, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and with direct access to the courtyard, a bathroom, private toilets and a laundry room (accessible only for stays of more than a week).
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a cot, a bedroom with 4 single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom, private toilets and on the landing a large leisure area with a TV lounge, a games area with table football, a reading corner with a library.
Outside, private and enclosed land (part of it is enclosed by electric fences because the meadows bordering the accommodation can accommodate horses), a private terrace, a swing and a pétanque court.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
