Cothi Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dininga area seating four people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consists of a double, a twin serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue, a Communal garden and lawns with barbeque, play area, table tennis, outdoor chess/draughts and large play field for football. Separate communal golf field and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2 miles, a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome by prior arrangement, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
